Thank you for considering Pool 'n' Pond Specialist to take care of your pool.

Our goal is to keep your swimming pool water healthy and sparkling - year round!

 

What you can expect from us:

• one weekly scheduled visit

• check the system to ensure all is in working order

• backwash and rinse filter

• clean the baskets, and 

• take a water sample to be computer analysed before adding the recommended chemicals

What we require from you:

• Access to your pool. Should we not have access upon arrival and no prior arrangements have been made, the service for that week will be forfeited.

• Upon commencement of the contract the pool must be clean and in a good working condition

• Should this not be the case, we will happily assist, at an additional fee

• Please ensure leaves are scooped out daily, the steps and walls are brushed, and the weir basket cleaned

Our mutual agreement:

• Pool 'n' Pond Specialists is not responsible for cleaning the mosaics

• We should be informed immediately should a fault arise with the filter system or the pool

• One month's notice is required, in writing, should our services no longer be required

• Cleaning of mudslides as well as any additional calls will be at an additional cost to that of your contract

Cost:

• A monthly fee of R1100 (incl. VAT) is payable strictly in advance, before the 25th of each month

• The monthly fee excludes the cost of the chemicals

• Due to the correcting of water balances, chemical costs in the first month or two may be higher than normal
